After a referral is received, several of our gastroenterologists offer telemedicine consultations and follow up appointments to our patients. This is at the discretion of the gastroenterologist, and if we feel an in-person office visit is more appropriate, we will let you know. The BC government has allowed telemedicine appointments as part of the COVID-19 pandemic measures, although this can change in the future.

Please enter the virtual waiting room 5-10 minutes ahead of your appointment and test your microphone and video camera so that they are working for the appointment.
